It's all about me.
There's a bowl of salad on the table! It had leafy greens, beans, and Mandarin orange slices. It didn't even have oily dressing. So we're doing pretty well in the fruit and vegetable department!But the main event of the meal's fat content wasn't really offset by the salad. But then it's just one meal. (Plus leftovers for two more! Yum!)
AND...There was red wine (for whatever good things red wine does...I can't remember. Especially since it put me to sleep.).
